Terms of Service
These terms apply when you buy, download or use CutDrop, a plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro. By using CutDrop you agree to them.
1. License
When you buy CutDrop you get a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to use it, including all future updates we release. You may install it on the computers you personally use. You may not resell, redistribute, share your license key publicly, or reverse-engineer CutDrop to remove the license check.
2. Payment and refunds
CutDrop is a one-time purchase, sold through our reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record. If CutDrop doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you.
3. Your Google account and content
CutDrop works with your own Google Drive account. You're responsible for the content you upload and download, for having the right to use it, and for the sharing settings of folders you send to others. Use of Google Drive is also subject to Google's terms. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party software
CutDrop includes FFprobe from the FFmpeg project, licensed under the LGPL. Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe Inc.; Google Drive is a trademark of Google LLC. CutDrop is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe or Google.
5. No warranty
CutDrop is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free. Always keep backups of important footage and projects.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any lost data, lost profits or indirect damages arising from using CutDrop. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use CutDrop after a change means you accept the updated terms.
